Portrait of farmers has always been a talking point among academics, politicians, policy pengambila, NGO's, with the hope toimprove their lives. In fact, it always appears bleak picture. The big challenge facing such as fertilizer prices, crop prices, climate,pests and diseases, as well as natural disasters always haunt theirlives. Not to mention they were never accused of being aringleader of shifting cultivation activities. Up to this moment of their existence remains a hope for us, make a nation, for humanity,in their efforts to remain "feed the world"
