The cacao fruits generaly not familiar with some people. Most of the people only known as chocolate after fruits processing in comercial production. The cacao (Theobroma cacao) usually found in tropical area. In Indonesia, especially in South Sulawesi, Cacao was very familiar with the local farmer. The farmer already cultivated, harvest, and processing, but only in fresh fruit and dried seed. The processing was only in another industrial term, and only few coorporated in local area were able to handle and manage its processing.
The dried seed become an export comodity and gave high benefit contribution for cacao farmer in South Sulawesi. Many country in the world were not the Cacao produce, but they become the chocolate produce. We just become the cacao suplier but not the chocolate produce
